            Mr. Cullinane is a former professional musician and music critic for a major metropolitan newspaper. He has spoken before national and state forums on health law issues many times. Illustrative projects include development of a new critical access hospital, a surgery center, a new emergency department for a Chicago hospital, a dialysis center joint venture, diagnostic imaging centers in multiple states, and acting as borrower’s counsel on not-for-profit hospital bond transactions.
